The Heritage Program for Senior Adults
The Heritage Program is a behavioral health outpatient treatment program that provides individualized intensive treatment to older adults, including conflict resolutions skills, stress management, assertiveness training, and positive living skills. The program operates Monday through Friday with a licensed multidisciplinary treatment team. Participants are treated in the least restrictive environment and are able to return to their homes each evening. Phone:
