For rural ranching families in New Mexico, access to quality medical care is critical.
After an accident on his ranch near Carrizozo, Kendal Wilson traveled to Lincoln County Medical Center (LCMC) in Ruidoso for emergency care. His wife also delivered their daughter at the medical center last year.
With the opening of the newly renovated and expanded LCMC planned for 2020, Kendal shared his story with the
Ruidoso News as an example of why the ranching community strongly supports the facility.
