Beam Signing at Lincoln County Medical Center

September 5, 2017

RUIDOSO, NM – Members of the Lincoln County community are invited to sign a steel beam that will be used to construct the new Emergency Medical Services (EMS) building on the campus of Lincoln County Medical Center.

Honoring a construction tradition, the beam will be available to sign outside the main entrance of Lincoln County Medical Center from September 6-15.  Signing the beam, which will be visible inside the building after construction, is an opportunity to personally thank EMTs, paramedics and first responders in our community.

The new 9,000-square-foot EMS building is expected to be completed by late2017. Lincoln County EMS has a team of 19 full-time paramedics, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Intermediates and EMTs, as well as 18 volunteers, and 12 ambulance units that cover approximately 5,000 miles in Lincoln County.
